The Studio Standard Capsule ZERØ operates as an exclusive digital design studio based in Jammu, India. Every physical canvas and contemporary digital art print is engineered and curated with strict quality control.

Conditions for Exchange & Return

To maintain the integrity of our capsules, any piece returned to the studio must meet the following absolute conditions:

• The return or exchange protocol must be initiated strictly within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date.

• Clients must submit an unedited, 360-degree unboxing video clearly documenting the opening of the sealed parcel to verify the structural condition of the item upon arrival.

• The heavyweight canvas must remain completely unworn, unwashed, and structurally unaltered.

• All original packaging, including the matte black courier bags and 300 GSM custom cardstock tags attached via premium black loop fasteners, must be completely intact.

• Framed gallery-quality posters and architectural decor must be returned without scratches, dents, or damage to the glass or dark-wood framing.

Defect Resolution If a specimen arrives with a structural defect or an error in the Direct-to-Film (DTF) application, the studio will replace the canvas immediately. Clients must document the anomaly within their 360-degree unboxing footage and contact the studio directly to resolve the issue.
